The Power of a Virtuous Woman
Chapter 1
“Mean what you say and say what you mean.” Terminology & Definitions: Secular, Spiritual & Colloquial.
Dear Sunday School Sisters-and anyone else wishing to join us on the journey:
We’re reading The Power of a Virtuous Woman in conjunction with Proverbs 31. We’re thinking about holistic self-awareness as a launching pad to maximize our efforts in self-care and self-development. Toward that end, please review these questions. Pray about them, ponder them and maybe ask some folks who know you, folks you trust;) if they agree. But please don’t turn this into another big blob on your “To Do” list! Just take a few minutes this week and jot down your answers (or at least some of your thoughts;). Think about how the answers to some of these questions might help in our 365 Day Consecration for Peace & Justice. Plus, it’ll be fun to see how (or if) our thoughts change by the time we get to the end of the book.
